Title of publication - placed in the top third.So it is visible to the audience and the title is big and bold also the colour of title is black and white. GQ stands for Gentlemen Quarterly.

slogan - The slogan for GQ is Look Sharp - Live Smart, this is a short and catchy which there audience can remember.

Central Image - They used Jaden Smith because he is a fashion icon also he is a teenage model, this uses star power to engage their audience as there central image is a famous model,and they want people to pick it up and read it.

2 Find a NEGATIVE (conventional) representation of young people and write a paragraph explaining why it is negative.

This picture denotes that a group of young people stealing stuff from a broken shop. This might mean that all young people steal and don't care about what they do as they is a young male running away from the scene. This also signify that young people are

This picture denotes a group of teenage with brooms and bin bags. This might mean that they are helping out the community, by clearing up rubbish.This also signify that not all teenagers don't help the community and they can help too.

1. A bold, snappy title reflecting the ethos of your magazine in the top third. What is your title? What does it connote (suggest) to audience? What is your magazine ABOUT?     My title will be PRESTIGE .This CONNOTES style and a Figure or a role model, also my magazine will be about fashion. 

1. -Rule of thirds- how will you use this?   My title will be on the top of the magazine and I will have a central image covering the page , also around it will be other stories or thing.

1. -A tag line linking to your title - what is this and how will it link to your title? My tag will be ' Don't wait,seize today  '. This links because you can have it now , Style and school.

1. -A strong central image using a medium close up / close up / medium shot (no bigger than this and no more than two people; strongest covers use one) What is this image going to show? I've used medium shot. I have myself as my main central image.It is going show fashion and school and i will holding a book and my blazer to show studying and my fashion. 

1. -A colour scheme of three main colours which signify certain connotations you want your target audience to take away with them. The three colours will blue, white , light pink.

1. -The letter 'i' and the word 'free' as this is a supplement with the 'i' newspaper- where is this going to be included? (eg will you incorporate it into your title?) The 'i' will used in my title and 'FREE' will included on top left. 

1. -A main cover line that is related to the central image and is dominant and placed where the eye goes after the title. The main cover title will be bottom middle.It will be big and bold.

1. -Three or four 'flashes' or secondary cover lines telling the reader in short phrases (without connectives) what will be in the magazine. There should be a theme running through these stories that works with your overall ethos.

1. -Perhaps a strap line at the top and / or bottom of the cover to make it look stylish and clean. It will have strap line at top and the bottom.

1. -Font choice should be consistent and bold and eye-catching (no hard-to-read fonts please or ones that resemble handwriting!) The font choice will be the same as the flash line.

1. -Some links to social media or something that suggests that the target audience can engage with your product on more than one media platform. It will linked to snap chat , Instagram and twitter.

1)Teenage boys who are sporty

This advert appeals to young boys as a target audience because they love to play sports and the denotation in this image is a setting on a city basketball court. This has connotations of sport, urban life and teenagers coming together. This implies that they play any time they can,also the brand Nike is shown in every scenario therefore this will associate Nike as a fitness and sports brand for people who are passionate about sport in their everyday life.

 2)Men in their thirties who care about their appearance

 

This advert is targeted at male views as the character in the advert is a strong looking masculine guy character,also this signify that if you use this perfume you will be associate as a man because this perfume is for men. 

3) Mothers

  

This advert is targeted is mothers as it has a close-up of a baby and they are smiling,This denotes that they are happy as the baby is smiling and and mother is kissing her child.The connotation of this is that mother has a special bond with her child as the baby looks happy next to the mother. 

4) Old people who have disposable income (money) to go on a holiday

This advert is TARGETED for old people as it a MEDIUM-SHOT of 4 elderly people having a good time on holiday.The CONNOTATION of this they have enough money to go this expensive holiday.

This a pace editing shows they having a conversation and the medium close up might mean tension is building up between the two character.This is shown when they are taking and there is an over the shoulder shot this probably means that they both Dominion and it creates dramatic irony as we know that one of them is about to get furious and hit the other one as they start shouting.  

fruit bowl design feedback and worksheet.

1) Which do you think worked most successfully as a design? Why? 

I think my fruit bowl worked well with the album poster i chose and the colours made sense with my fruit bowl.




2) Show your fruit bowls to the person next to you and get a WWW and an EBI feedback point from them. Write this on your blog with their name.
WWW: great use of colours and made progress from the last fruit bowl you made also after one try you know have to use the tools perfectly.
EBI: you use the picture (frank ocean) on the fruit bowl to give the background a better view.

3) What have you learned about Photoshop? Write out the instructions for another student who has not used Photoshop before. This will help you to revise the skills you have learned.
1.open up Google chrome and the then choose the subject of colour you are doing then save the image onto your folder.
2. Open up Photoshop and go to computer and click media shared then go to gcse then year 9 and click fruit bowl task.
3.after you done that go to your folder and paste your image and find the eyedroper tool on the right hand side to click on what colour you want on your fruit bowl. 
I've learnt how paste images on my Photoshop page and also learnt how to various tools on Photoshop.



 
4) Pick 5 colours and google the CONNOTATIONS of these colours. Add this information to your blog.

Red=love,blood,romance


Green=trees,happiness,nature


orange=fruit,playful,exuberant


black=mystery,dark,elegance






 
5) If you finish all of the above, make a mood board for your theme. Does it match your fruit bowl? How can 
you tell? 
I can tell because it looks similar and I've used the skills in my various task to help me out.Also i asked my peers around me to give me feed back of my work,which i used to make it better each time again.

Medium close up:This shows the characters expression of his conversation or maybe something is about to happen and the character is creating tension.

 This is a medium close up :They look like army/FBI agents.They might be looking for someone or something, also it looks like they are waiting in a metro(train station).









  This a long shot:This shows the full background.in relation to the character running away.  This might mean something bad is about to happen to him in this setting and there showing the before and after and they might capture. Its near an abandon ally way,with an rusty car which also shows that no one has been in this area or there are less people living there.

 over the shoulder:This shows how the victim all alone trying to stand up for herself but can't because the bully's are just laughing and making fun out of her,this makes us as an audience want to take a stand on behalf of the girl getting bullied.  

  

medium shot: This shows the the bully's confronting the victim and making fun of her,this makes the audience feel angry and builds tension because they want victim to stand up for herself.

 bird eye view:This shows how the character is less dominion and makes the audience like she is small and shy. Also feel sympathy for her. 

 

Extreme close up:This shows the victims emotion and it gives the audience feeling sorry for her.Also shows how she cant take it no more and it hurts her

Audience- The audience that would like this film would be people who are into action and Thriller.

Represention- This is a great movie which will bring horror and Thriller also has a lot of action because of the alien invasion.

I watch finding dory and tv show Dead Of Summer.

5) Why do you think that TV programme or film appealed to an audience?

Dead Of Summer appealed to me because it had drama and Thriller..The tv show had lots of cliff hanger which appeals to audience.

I used my phone and watched tv.

What do we learn about the characters from this brief clip?
I learnt that sherlock homes is very observant and is very important at his work, that forensic scientist likes him.

10) What aspects of this show do you think an audience might enjoy? List at least three things and explain why the audience would enjoy each aspect.
1.The first aspect is the drama aspect and how it is an murder mystery drama also how it lowers you in.
2.Also the fact that sherlock homes is very observant and know everything about before actually knowing you that.It makes you think on how he know so much about the other characters. 
3.Also the comedy content in the play will also drive and audience to go watch it,also how inspector knows a lot about people yet he can't figure out that someone likes him.
